Q1:What about the MOQ issue ?

A:Stock product MOQ is 20 PCS, custom products generally is 2000 PCS or 3000 PCS.

Q2: Do you accept customized products?

A: Sure, we can make sample according your idea and graphic, and we will make great efforts to provide
the best products and service for you!

Q3: What about the delivery time?

A: Different products and quantities require different procedures and different timing. We can promise to

try our best to finish your orders within the shortest time. Normally it cost about 15 to 30 days for complete

production.For moreinformation, please contact us directly.

Q4: Could I require a sample? Is it free ?

A: Usually we would provide you free sample for 1-2 pcs(customization have to charge you sample fee),

and the shipping cost for sample should be charge. When sample quantity much more, we need to

charge and it would be return when official order placed.

Q5:Samples Lead Time?

A:Stock product needs 3-7 days.

Custom products need 20-30 days.

Q6: Can you offer me private labeled?

A: Yes, customized are welcome, please kindly send us your artwork or tell us your design ideas.
